Lapierre Snack Content

Snack content production in studio for Lapierre's social medias.

In May 2025, Confluence led a bold creative initiative to reinvent how bicycles are showcased. Shot entirely in a controlled studio environment, the project explores the intersection of industrial precision and natural textures. Each short video, designed for high-impact digital storytelling, transforms a bike into a visual experience through immersive sound design, textured lighting, and cinematic motion.

Across five visual themes, from bikes rising like elements of nature, to sculptural lighting and false robotic 3D scans, our aim was to turn utility into desire. The series plays with monochrome palettes, reflective surfaces, and tactile close-ups to tell a deeper story: one of engineering, performance, and emotion.

Craft Meets Craftsmanship

Beyond the creative direction, this series was also a technical showcase. Our ambition was to bring texture into the frame—to craft visual environments that reflect each bike’s unique identity and design purpose.

To achieve this, we collaborated with director Victor Bredillet, whose urban aesthetic and love for raw, tactile visuals added a distinctive depth to the series. His creative input helped us push each sequence into its own narrative world, from minimalist abstraction to moody industrial tones.

Shot entirely in studio using a RED Raptor mounted on a crane, we leveraged high-end tools to allow for absolute precision and post-production flexibility. The lighting setup combined Fresnels, domes, overhead softboxes and custom modifiers, enabling sculpted contrasts and immersive shadows. The result: a cinematic exploration of materials, function, and form—true to the spirit of performance cycling.
